Abstract
Operation research 2 is a course that teach quantitative methods such as Game theory, Dynamic Programming, and Markov Chain. This method is needed in the complex managerial decision making process. For most student in Universities, this topic is a very new concept. This paper tries to propose associative learning methods in teaching Operation Research. We obtain associative tools such as films, games, and other creative media.

Abstract
Digital technology have changed the way university students approach learning because it has become a necessity and an integral part of their lives. University students are accustomed to using their digital devices for almost anything such as communication, collaboration, accessing multiple source of information for solutions, etc. Although these digital generation are undeniably engaged with technologies and they are very comfortable and confident using technology to accomplish tasks, many educators tend to assume that students today have digital literacy. Surprisingly, current studies reveal that students do not have the required digital literacy skills for online learning. Furthermore, scholars mentioned that individuals level of digital literacy affects a student-s performance positively. This paper presents the deficiencies of digital literacy among university students in a digital learning environment in higher education, implications of these deficiencies and suggests some measures to reduce these deficiencies.

Abstract
Multimedia technology has changed the way people learn and get information. Cognitive theory about multimedia learning states that information processing systems in humans consist of two channels, namely visual/ image processing channels and auditory/ verbal processing channels. Both channels have limited processing capacity. Therefore, multimedia design with learning objectives must be in accordance with the way human learning. All information in multimedia must be governed by the designers conception of how the human brain works, so that the learning process can be carried out optimally. This study aims to analyze how the application of cognitive learning multimedia learning in the cellular application Lutung Kasarung Interactive Story. The research conducted is qualitative research using the literature study method. Visual object analysis is done by visual analysis method through the stages of description, analysis, interpretation, and assessment. Research will produce conclusions about how the implemetation of multimedia learning to cognitive learning on the object of research.

Abstract
Math anxiety is one of the psychological factors that affect students- math skills and achievement. Math-anxious individuals often stay away from or skip mathematics classes, take up fewer mathematics courses, and have lower confidence in the subject compared to their non-anxious peers. These behaviours are often displayed by business and manage-ment students at the university. With the increasing demand for STEM-skilled graduates, math anxiety in business and management students should be overcome so that they can become relevant in the future industry. This paper discusses how interactive e-learning can reduce students- math anxiety and develops their mathematical resilience for effective learning.

Abstract
Education is a must, as one of the best promising industries and will still be one for many years to come. With the increasingly remarkable numbers of new schools raising their flags, the number of schools shutting down are also high. The school innovations hold a very important role in this phenomena. Wrong school innovations will lead to dissatisfactions and in longer term, the students will leave school. Good school innovations are needed to keep progressing in number and profit. A mixed method study is done to analyse this fact by patterning the consumer behaviour (parents) from different income levels. The research is done in Jakarta, where the social gap is high to make the research more accountable. There are two hypotheses, first the income level does not directly influence the consumer satisfaction, second the educational background directly influences the consumer satisfaction to school innovation. With the assumption that product knowledge using thorough explanation are given to address this issue and fill in the gap of knowledge to the parents with lower level of knowledge. By doing this, school innovations will be translated to the parents better and prevent any dissatisfactions, increasing satisfaction and school performance.

Abstract
The aspect of ergonomic in interior design is one of the centers of attention a designer has to take into account since it greatly relates to human-s health as the end user in the long term. Putting aside ergonomic factors will result in health problems, a few to mention, such as musculoskeletal pain, spine pain (due to backbone abnormal), and others. There are a number of researches discussing this topic; yet, mostly their scope is restricted to residential context, occupational, and other commercial facilities. In the Indonesian context, traditionally Islamic educational institutions, such as pesantren, has been excluded in many studies. Therefore, the present study aims to observe the existing interior design based on ergonomic perspective in pesantren (Islamic educational institution) context in relation to the factors of students health. The study used a qualitative research method through a literature review of previous researches related to this topic. In addition, secondary data of interview results with some experts in this field is taken into consideration to get the design parameter for the learning space area in Islamic boarding school based on the ergonomic aspect.

Abstract
Some prominent researches show that students are unable to solve a real problem because of lack of understanding about physical world concept. This research try to contribute in designing Inquiry Based Learning on logistic engineering, industrial engineering, and computer programming learning activities, especially for transportation problem. It was found that some improvement could be done to develop Inquiry based learning such as by assignments learning method, by accommodating complicated concepts, and by explaining the connection of the current course with the previous course.
